We offer a 30-day return window for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.
We offer several shipping methods to meet your needs:

- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Next Day Delivery: Order by 2pm for next day delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Free standard shipping is available on orders over £50.
